Our Team – Founder Biography
Dr. Achraf AYADI, the founder of Altavo Partners, boasts approximately 20 years of experience, predominantly in the Financial Services industry. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, he holds dual Tunisian & French nationality. As a consultant or a trainer, he worked for top-tier banks in Europe (Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, BPI France, etc.) and in Middle-East (Saudi Arab British Bank, Saudi National Bank, etc.). He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science from a French university and multiple professional certifications from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), the UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT).
I am a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, my professional DNA encompasses board-level governance, strategic advisory roles, and specialized knowledge in digital transformation. Former board member and chairman to the auditing committee at a traditional bank. Currently leveraging my expertise as a Senior Advisor and Board Member for an array of digital companies and fintech startups, where I help bridge the gap between traditional finance and innovative financial technology. I also serve as an independent Director of a wealth management company based in Luxembourg. I am an accredited expert to the European Court of Auditors as part of my commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.
